Company Safety, Health & Security Policy Statement

Armada Oil & Gas Company, Inc. recognizes the importance of safety, health and security in compliance with all federal, state and local regulation.

We will manage company operations to prevent injury to employees, the residents of the community we service, customers and visitors to our facility.  To that we pledge to conduct our operations in a manner that minimizes the predictable risks associated with our business.

Safety, health and security are an integral part of our daily business functions. Management and supervision are responsible for ensuring employees are properly screened, trained to perform, work safely to investigate mishaps, breaches of security, and hazards in the workplace.

Employees are expected to participate in all phases of this plan and to conduct their daily task in a manner consistent with its objectives and regulations.

Safety, health and security are responsibility that must be shared equally and without exception by each individual within the organization.
